Currently, our suppliers and fulfillment centers are based in China, U.S and Europe. The orders that are sent directly from our suppliers in China will be using e-packet shipping. This is one of many ways we can provide you with great quality products at reasonable prices.
If you order 2 or more items, your Order may be fulfilled in multiple shipments.
We are confident you will not incur customs fees. However, in the event that duties, taxes, or customs fees are required upon receipt of your Order, you will be responsible to pay the balance. Petite Hippo is not responsible for any duties, taxes or customs fees.
If your country qualifies for Tracked Shipping (see our Shipping & Delivery page), we will email your tracking number within approximately 10 business days of placing your Order. You can track your order on our Order Tracking page.
Please note that the Tracking Number can take a few days to load on to the system. If no information about your Order is displayed, do not be worried. We advise to track the order again in a few days' time.
We accept payments by PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay.
We process your payment using the Stripe Payment Gateway. Stripe is currently used by companies such as Facebook, Kickstarter, Target, and more. They are certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification. We take security very seriously. All payments are verified by Stripe to prevent fraud.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to amend your Order. If your Order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to accommodate your request. However, we cannot guarantee any changes can be made. It is your responsibility to ensure you check out the correct items and enter the correct shipping information.

The utmost care is taken to ensure you receive a quality product. However, if you have received a faulty item, please contact one of our customer service representatives at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10-days of receiving your order.
We always recommend following the washing instructions on the label of the Clothing garment. Many of our clothes are 100% cotton, which we suggest washing in cold water with a low tumble dry setting. All of our clothes are pre-washed and pre-shrunk.
We advise against using any detergents or stain removers that contain Oxiclean. The active agent in Oxiclean (Sodium Percarbonate) interacts with textiles, acting like a bleaching agent by removing dye. Time, sun exposure and heat will further exacerbate the bleaching effect.
